Each of the photo galleries offers the option of a .ZIP download. From what I saw, the vast majority of the photos can be viewed at 682x1024px. Each of the videos can be downloaded only, but are almost always available in both .AVI and .WMV options. There are no HD options for the videos and, again, the vast majority play in one size, this being 720x480px. Both the video and photo sections divide their content into the months they were added to the site, and new content is usually added to the site twice a week. Much of this tends to be photo galleries though.
