BaDoink.com is a downloadable client that has a built in DVD burner, download/library manager, and uPnP streaming server.
If customers do not wish to download the client, they can use the lite version, which is a basic paysite. They can access all of the content, just not the burning app, managers, and upnp app.
Usage is limited to 10 gigs a day but it is rare that you would go to the limit.
The client downloads and sets up quickly so you shouldn't have any issues in obtaining the whole program or the lite version. But if you are going to get it at all, it may as well be the whole thing so you can burn your content to DVD if you want to keep it. It would be a waste of money not to burn your content, since you are able to do so.
