| BeTheMask.com is a reality based website where every month Kelle Marie picks one member to “Be the Mask”. The Mask is lucky member who gets to have sex with one of many possible porn stars while wearing a Mexican styled wrestling mask to keep his identity private. The original Mask happens to be Kelle Marie’s boyfriend, who also has sex with many of the girls. The website consists of the photographs and videos taken during these sexual encounters.

| The design of the website made navigation pretty straight-forward. On the main page there are image links of the performers that take you to the content of all her exploits with the Mask. Also on the main page are links to all the administrative functions, extra video feeds, and ads for other sites intermingled between groups of performers. Aesthetically speaking, I wasn’t too impressed. The background color of the site is black, which wasn’t that appealing to me personally, though others may not be bothered by this.

| The content of the site was good. The pictures are large and high resolution but some of the galleries had a few blurry photos and there were fluctuations of things like brightness, hue and saturation of pictures in individual sets that you wouldn’t see from more professional photographers. There is an option to download entire sets in a zip file, a feature that I love, or you can download individual pictures. The videos are pretty good. They are in Windows Media format (wmv), between 10 and 35 minutes long, and have a size ranging between 320 x 240 for the older videos and 640 x480 for the newer. You can download them while watching at the same time or just save them to your hard drive. There is no license required to view them once you download them. The only extras are your standard video feeds that many other sites also provide.

| The biggest problem that I have with the site is that there is not enough content, especially considering the asking price for a month’s membership is $29.95. The site is updated only once a month and that is very little bang for the buck. The high price maybe due to them giving you the opportunity to be with a porn star, but if you don’t win, and of course there’s no guarantee that you ever will, you can go through every photo and video on the site before the next month’s contest winner is even chosen. |

Conclusion About Be The Mask
I really liked BeTheMask.com, but as a website I can only rate it as fair. The concept is great and very unique from other sites I’ve visited, but at a membership fee of $29.95 per month, I’m not sure it’s worth it. And with an update schedule that’s only monthly, I don’t see a big gain of content coming anytime soon. However, the site has the potential to be a great one. I loved the theme, the models were top notch, and I loved seeing the top porn stars in a reality format. With a few changes made and more content added at a more reasonable price, this could be a great place to come and surf.
