The main page of the members area is pretty long and there are many goodies to check out. On the top of the page there are these 'appetizers' which are basically some extras and it's a good idea to check them for starting, up to you. After that, there is the main menu and I can see that they update every monday, wednesday and friday and then you can see the picture updates at the left of the screen and the movie updates at the right of the screen.
