When you click High Speed Video you have 3 options for the clips: wmv 228 kbit, wmv 700 kbit and mpg 650 kbit and the scene has been cut in small clips. I clicked the wmv 700 kbit video and the mpg 650 kbit and the quality is very good, perfect if you have connected your computer at the TV for example.

I thought to check out the photos too, quality and size is average since they are screen shots from the movie. It's possible to start a slide show and on the top and bottom of every image there is a navigation that lets you move throughout the gallery.
