Hustler's Taboo in-depth review
The members area of Hustler Taboo has an extremely professional design. It is a graphics intensive site and at first, navigation looks daunting. It's not. Starting at the very top of the page there are text links to features such as: Taboo magazine, XXX Movies, Bonus Galleries, Taboo XXX Chat and Taboo Extras. Below that is a feature on January's magazine. Navigational links can also be found in the left hand sidebar. Again you have the opportunity to browse the categories, as well as an additional category of Bonus Pictures. The rest of the page lists the latest Taboo Hot Flicks, a top picked video by Larry, as well as Larry's babes. There is also some Hustler news, link to the Hustler store and a poll questioning your favourite fetish!
Browsing the XXX Movies, you can either search via recently added, most popular or just simply browsing the whole category. There 119 videos in total, but these vary over a number of niches - they are not all taboo vids. Checking out the most recently added brings up a list of most recently added taboo videos. I checked out Hustler's Taboo #9. Clicking on the DVD cover transfers you to a page with a number of viewing options. First you have to select a scene- in this video there are 5 scenes. Next, is format - choice include WMV, MPG, Real Media, or download. Finally there is a bandwidth selection - low (128kbps), medium (384kbps) and high (768kbps). There is also a link to purchase the movie. The quality of the DVDs is extremely good - they are well made and even the low bandwidth is a good quality picture.
Moving onto the Taboo Pictorials, there are 172 pictorial sets to choose from. Arranged in format of most recent first, whatever your taboo fetish, you can find it here, from bondage, to leather and latex, uniform and objects. I viewed jasmine's set. There are merely 15 images in this set - a below average amount of content. Clicking an image twice enlarges it to 1024 x 680. The quality, is again, exceptional- high resolution photos. The amount of photos in each set is consistent throughout all the Taboo Pictorials. You can also view the recent and back issues of Taboo Magazine.
