The low being a very, very small window, the high looks to be about 1/4 of your screen, but can be viewed full screen with only a little degradation, and the medium coming in somewhere between the two.

The picture quality is excellent, but I did have one issue when I was viewing them. The high version had quite a few pauses. I found it easier to start the video, pause it, go do something else for a few minutes, then start it up again.
