I checked out some of the small movie files in .mpeg format and they had a pretty good download speed in fact first they peaked 450-500k/sec and then they were stable at around 380-390 k/sec which means that you will have the files on your hard disk within a few moments. Speaking in terms of quality, and these videos are around 20 mb in size, they look pretty good.
