Naked.com, as mentioned, has a completely free initial membership which will allow you to view some free shows before you even have to pay for anything. However, you don't actually even need to sign up to see all of the girls that are online. So you can get an idea of what kind of girls are on the site before you even have to join!
The general navigation when you do sign up is okay. I would personally have liked to have seen better categorisation of the models. There are a few broad categories (tranny, MILF, blonde etc.) but I think this could have been expanded for more specific genres or niches of girls. Still, it is pretty good as it is. There are over 6000 models currently on the site, and there were between 140 to 155 online when I reviewed it.
The quality and FPS on the live shows depends entirely on the performers' cams rather than the site. It looked to me as though the private shows played at 640x480px. There were also videos here that you could buy (at a varying price, usually costing between $3.99 and $7.99 to watch each) of past live shows. These could only be streamed on the site though and couldn't be downloaded, although you can watch them as many times as you want, and these seemed to play at 640x480px. There were 452 of these in all at time of review.
I think for the most part, unless they deal with a particular type of girl, gender or performer, most cam sites are much the same in terms of what they can offer. You'll get some good performers and some bad ones - it's completely based on your taste! But looking at Naked.com, it seemed as though they had made a real effort to try and snag the best-looking amateur hotties for their particular site.
At the time I reviewed it (18.00 CET) there were was a pretty large selection of models online, so there were lots to choose from. The selection was dominated by Latinas, interestingly - almost half the online models were listed as Latina. There could be perceived to be a bit of a shortfall in variety among the performers though. There was only one online shemale to be found, only one man and no fetish-based performers at all.
