The coverage you get from PornStar.com's free tour is really fantastic. They are not so hot on the free samples but they are absolutely brilliant in terms of you being able to browse their database of stars and movies, and being able to get a full idea of what their site can offer you. The members' area navigation is much the same. The emphasis in their vastly improved search engine is on the stars (that is the name of the site after all) but you can view by video types as well. Individual biographies are really well done too as is update information, but the navigation here was really quite superb.
The video browsing options are pretty decent here. There was streaming and downloading available only in .WMV formats, but there was two different quality options with each. The best quality videos you can play at the moment will play at 640x480px. The site has said that Flash Player formats will be made available in the future. There are photo sets here with each video but they are pop up images and these can't be saved. These are only screenshots though.
PornStar.com is clearly a site that really is attempting to improve - constantly making adjustments and improvements in an attempt to improve itself overall. The navigation is great and it needs to be with it being such a huge collection and all. The content collection is an extremely good one as well and this has nothing to do with its incredible size. The selection is a very good one indeed and the site actively pursues licensing only the most recently released videos in an attempt to offer you an alternative from other sites out there.
This site is primarily about the stars though with over 5000 of them shared amongst the 20,000+ videos this site has piled up. I did a little test looking for what I thought were some pretty obscure names but I couldn't catch this site out! All the big names are here in force and it really is an awesome collection made all the better by the incredibly regular updates and the sources they are using for them. Every genre is covered here except gay and tranny, regretfully. I think that is about the only area here that they could possibly improve in!
