Inside the Public Flash members area the main page has some news about updates and other things going on with the site including a members poll. The owners of the site would like to know if the members would like to see a monthly contest and the chance to win $1000 for submitting their own nude in public videos. Inside the movies section you'll find each video neatly listed with a good sized preview image, a description and a member rating. A lot of the videos have been rated quite high and there are a lot of different videos available to choose from featuring just as the free tour promises real amateur girls out about flashing in public. Clicking on any of the preview images takes you through to a download page containing various different viewing options. The full length movies are cut up into shortened clips which each run for around 4 to 5 minutes. The quality is overall very good for an amateur site as are the viewing options which include high band and super high band speeds. Some videos have more clips than others but browsing through a few different videos they all seem to have a good amount.
