The low being a very, very small window, the hi looks to be about 1/4 of your screen, but can be viewed full screen with only a little degradation, and the med coming in somewhere between the two. The picture quality is excellent, but one issue I had been viewing on hi caused alot of pauses. I found it easier to start the video, pause it, go do something else for a few minutes, then start it up again.
