That 70's Site in-depth review
That 70's Site turns back the pages of time and no, we are not talking about a Robert Zemeckis movie lol...that's just plain retro porn! In the members area of the site we have this yellow layout that i can't really say why but i think it's appropriate for the kind of site...at the top we have a menu and they put couple of images from actors from those "old times" and they give you a particular feeling. Just a note, i am not going to be very critic about the quality of the content here because we consider that the very content is very rare and old hence the quality will not be as high as with the usual new websites, this is also a suggestion for you...be prepared for that in terms of what you're getting inside.
Anyway, at the top there are the latest updates and you find quick links for going either to the photo or to the video galleries, the photo galleries are fairly large in fact some of them have up to 320 photos each although they are just screen captures so you have lots of things to check out here. I decided to take a look at one of the movies that are directly linked from the main page and when you reach the page of the scene you have chosen you will find many download and streaming options, depending by which scene you clicked on.
We have both streaming and download links and together with that there are also what they call "alternate movie formats" so we also have links in .mov, for ipod, iphone, itunes and apple tv so mac users are gonna be happy here. The quality of the videos in this website was actually better than i was expecting in fact this scene i checked out in streaming (played quick and without any problems) and the resolution of the videos goes as high as 640x480 pixels. In terms of quantity of content there are just 14 scenes in the Movies page but then again you have to consider that this is rare stuff.
The 640x480 pixels movies have rather large files, around 200 mb and they are in .wmv format and in the Photo Galleries you find the screen caps from the movie scenes, with .zip download option too.
