You should be able to navigate through this site easily enough, even though there isn't really much to comment on here when it comes to the user interface and so on. There are not many features at all and really not many indexes to speak of, plus information about the individual scenes was not all that great. What was more impressive, however, was the good update information that you get here and the fact that the tour offers so much information and so many samples!

There are no photo sets and no screenshots on this site, but when it comes to the videos there were not really all that many options to call on. All of the videos here can be streamed and downloaded, and it was also notable that the download speeds here were really good. That said, there were no HD videos here so the videos are relatively low quality, which was a disappointment.

Dirty Clinic.com was a fair bit less interested in the clinical fetish side of things and more interested in hardcore. This was fine by me, actually, as I tend to find some of the more probing medical fetish stuff to be a bit icky. Must be my fear of doctors and hospitals. No, this is a site that settles mostly for an examination room being used for sexual purposes.

Oh, and lots of doctors and nurses in the requisite kinky uniforms obviously. You do get a little bit of medical fetish stuff thrown in but it's never convincing like the main content is here. Although most of the scenes are one on one hardcore scenes, you do also get a lot of mostly MMF threesomes as well. It's a solid enough selection but rather a small one right now to say the very least. You may want to bide your time with this one.
